WHERE THE FUN STARTS IN GOZO
How to find our various launch locations
Tour location confirmed day before the tour
The day before your tour, you will receive a message confirming the location and the expected winds and sea conditions. Most of our tours start from Hondoq Bay in Gozo, but sometimes we leave from alternate locations such as Qbajjar Bay, Dwejra (Inland Sea), Daħlet Qorrot or Mgarr Marina. Please follow the buttons below to find out more about how to get to these locations by taxi, car, on foot or with public transport.
We are a mobile business and don't have a permanent booking office at Hondoq Bay. Please contact us to book a tour in advance!
HOW TO GET TO HONDOQ BAY
When we launch from Hondoq Bay, you can find us at the far end of the promenade (on the left if facing the sea). Look out for a bunch of yellow and red kayaks on the ground near the water’s edge – that’s us!
By Car
Using Google Maps, drive down the winding road to Hondoq Bay and turn left when you get to the the sea. It's easy to park in the morning, but you may need to park up the hill a bit in the afternoon.

On Foot
The walk from the ferries at Mgarr Harbour to Hondoq Bay is about 3 km and will take you just a bit over half an hour. Google Maps will direct you in a roundabout way - use this route instead.
*Please note: this route follows an unmaintained footpath and can be tricky. If you aren't a regular hiker, or have a fear of heights, then we suggest taking another route. Do not take this route after heavy rains.

Public Transport
Bus 303 will bring you to Qala and you step out at Kuniczzjoni bus stop. From there, it is a 1.1 km walk down the winding road to Hondoq Bay.
This route is regularly diverted or shortened. If that is the case you will have to walk from Qala Parish Church bus stop. From there it is a 2 km walk through town along Kuniczzjoni Street and then walk down the winding road to Hondoq Bay.
HOW TO GET TO QBAJJAR BAY
When we get to explore the gorgeous and peaceful north coast of Gozo, we depart from Qbajjar Bay in front of Horizon Restaurant. You will see our yellow and red kayaks on the ground near the slipway!

By Car
It's very easy to find Qbajjar Bay using Google Maps and there's generally lots of parking for the Morning Half Day and Day Chillin’ tours, but you may need to park on the dirt road overlooking the bay in the afternoon.

On Foot
From the Marsalforn promenade it's a gentle 20 minute walk to get to Qbajjar Bay along sidewalks and a series of promenades.

Public Transport
Bus 310 will bring you to Xwenji bus stop which is only 300 m from the launch location. Bus 322 will bring you to the Marsalforn promenade and from there it's an easy 1.5 km walk to Qbajjar Bay.
HOW TO GET TO DWEJRA (INLAND SEA)
Every now and then, we are lucky enough to explore the stunning caves, cliffs and bays in Dwejra! From the car park, walk past the Azure Window Restaurant and down the road until you reach the Inland Sea area. You will see our kayaks lined up and waiting for you on the water’s edge.

By Car
It's very easy to find using Google Maps and there is generally lots of parking just off the road as you arrive in Dwejra.

On Foot
We do not recommend trying to walk here as it is a long distance from the nearest town.

Public Transport
Bus 311 will bring you to Dwejra bus stop. One Hop-on Hop-off bus route also stops here. From there, it's a short stroll past the Azure Window Restaurant and down the hill to the Inland Sea.
HOW TO GET TO DAHLET QORROT
The beautifully secluded launch site at Daħlet Qorrot gives us access to the stunning and rocky east coast of the Gozo! It is a very small beach and you will not be able to miss us. The mobile phone reception is very bad here so you may not be able to contact us or call out once down at the beach.

By Car
It's very easy to find Daħlet Qorrot using Google Maps. You may have to park up the hill somewhat as there is not much parking available at the beach.

On Foot
We do not recommend trying to walk here as it is a long distance from the nearest town.

Public Transport
Bus 303 will bring you to Wieqfa bus stop in Qala and from there it's a 2.2 km walk down some steep hills. We don’t recommend this option.

HOW TO GET TO MGARR MARINA
We sometimes use the Mgarr Marina as an alternate launch location for our Comino tour, or if we are planning a trip to our island's picturesque and idyllic bay, Mgarr Ix-Xini. If we launch from here you can find us at the public slipway in the Mgarr Marina which is just a 10 minute walk from the Gozo Ferry Terminal.

By Car
Parking at the Mgarr Marina can be tricky because daily commuters to Malta use this area for parking. So we suggest arriving early as you may take some time to find a spot.

Public Transport
Buses 301, 303, 322 and 323 all stop at the Gozo Ferry terminal, as well as the Hop-on Hop-off bus.
